Using Attunica

Attunica LLC provides simulated conversation practice for education and training. Use the service lawfully, follow instructions from your organization or program, and respect the rights and privacy of others.

Educational practice

An Attunica Avatar is software. It is not a therapist, clinical supervisor, medical provider, or real client. Attunica does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice and is not a validated measure of professional competence or readiness to practise.

Attunica is not a crisis service. If you or someone else may be at risk, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Protect privacy

• Use fictional or synthetic scenarios. Do not enter real client information.
• Keep your account credentials private and do not use another person's account.
• If recording is available, review the recording notice and make your own choice before joining. Do not record another person without all permissions required where you are located.

AI-generated Feedback

AI-generated conversation and formative Feedback can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them with appropriate human judgment and supervision. They must not be the sole basis for grading, certification, placement, remediation, clinical decisions, or other consequential decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, extract hidden prompts or credentials, evade access controls, scrape protected content, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the service or another person's use.

Availability and third-party services

Attunica depends on third-party services for functions such as sign-in, hosting, real-time audio and video, speech processing, AI generation, and avatar rendering. Features may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable. Save important work and follow any backup or recovery instructions provided by your organization or program.
